Step-by-Step Submission
The submission process is divided into four stages — release details, full text and images,
contact & author information, and distribution options. You can save a draft at any
point and return to it later.
1
Register as a Publisher
Create a free account at
register as publisher. Select your publisher type — Corporate, PR Agency, Individual, or Media / Editorial. You can also sign in with Google. No institutional email required.
You do not need a large organisation to register. Individual consultants, freelance communicators, startups and media outlets are all welcome. Any company or person who has news to share can publish on Expertini Wire.
2
Complete Your Publisher Profile
Add your job title, company name, industry topics, and — if relevant — your company website and press room URL. A complete profile improves the discoverability of your releases and builds credibility with readers and journalists.
Your publisher type badge (Corporate, Agency, Individual, or Media) appears on all your release pages and your public profile. It signals to readers and journalists what kind of publisher you are.
3
Prepare Your Submission
Your release requires: a clear title (10–250 characters), a lead paragraph / summary (100–5,000 characters), at least one keyword, an industry category, and a release type. Full release body text is optional but strongly recommended for pickup.
Full text: you can paste directly into our rich-text editor, upload a DOCX or PDF for text extraction, or type from scratch. Images and figures can be uploaded separately and inserted as placeholders in the text body.
4
Select a Release Type
Choose the release type that most accurately describes your submission. We support 9 types — from Press Release and Announcement to Product Launch, Report, White Paper, and Opinion. The type label appears on your release page and in syndication metadata.
Important: if you select "Report" or "White Paper", you are confirming the content is a genuine research or analysis document, not a marketing piece. Our editors check for appropriate labelling on flagged submissions.
5
Choose a Distribution Plan
Free publication gives you a permanent URL, Google News-eligible syndication metadata, and article listing on Expertini Wire. Optional paid upgrades include a Wire Distribution ID (Wide Syndication), PDF hosting with download button, and Featured homepage placement.
The free option is complete and permanent. Paid options ($15 Standard, $25 Featured) enhance reach — they do not affect your release's accessibility to readers. All plans are open access.
6
Submit and Wait for Review
After submission, your release enters a brief editorial review. We check for: minimum content requirements, appropriate labelling, absence of clearly harmful, illegal, or defamatory content, and no obvious duplication of an existing submission.
We do not evaluate PR merit or endorsement of the content. Most releases pass editorial review within 24 hours. You will receive an email confirmation when your release is live, with your permanent release URL and Wire ID (if applicable).
7
Syndication & Pickup Tracking
Once published, your release page includes full syndication meta tags — covering title, company, date, summary URL, PDF URL (if provided), keywords, category, and release type. Google News typically discovers compliant pages immediately on publication.
You can track media pickups from your Article Statistics dashboard. Export your pickup list as CSV or JSON from the Pickup Exporter tool. If your release has not appeared in Google News after 48 hours, check the Syndication Meta Preview tool and contact us if you find missing tags.
Supported Release Types
We accept 9 distinct press release types. Each is clearly labelled on release pages and in syndication metadata.
Press Release
Announcement
Product Launch
Report
Event
Case Study
White Paper
Interview

After Publication
Once your release is live, you can edit its metadata and full body text at any time from
your publisher dashboard. Changes to content are reflected immediately. If you need to
retract a release, contact us at
wire@expertini.com
— we process retraction requests within 5 working days.
You can track views, pickups, and downloads for each release from your
Article Statistics dashboard.
Pickup export in CSV and JSON is available on every release page — and anyone can generate it
without logging in using the Pickup Exporter tool.
Simultaneous distribution: Expertini Wire is an independent press release
distribution service and is not exclusive. You are free to simultaneously distribute your
release through other wire services, post it on your company website, and share it on social
media. We recommend including your Expertini Wire URL in all distribution channels for
consolidated pickup tracking.
